We always do our very best to deliver the order on your preferred delivery date. If for some reason, your preferred delivery date is not available, we will contact you to find a new delivery date, or in case no suitable delivery date can be found, cancel and reimburse your order.

If your order hasn't been shipped we will reimburse 100% of the paid price minus the payment fee when you pay through our online payment channel (currently a fixed price of 1 EUR).
